No link to TV

So i just used my VIP voucher code to select a free film. Ive done this before with no issue. The film is not in my library though, and the sky box is acting as if I dont even have a VIP account. My account is on the my sky app as normal, but when I look at my sky account on the sky q box it says scan the bar code to join! As usual, its impossible to get in contact with anyone at Sky or to find anything helpful on the app or the website, so does anyone here have any ideas?

Free movies as a VIP perk usually come from Sky Store. Have you logged on to the Sky Store website and chosen your movie there? Have you then sent it to your Q box to view it?

I got a email with the offer and accessed the website through that. Now I cant find the film anywhere! I selected 'buy' added the redemption code and it said it would be in my recordings library, but its not.

Log back in to the Sky Store website with your usual SkyID and ckick on My Account. Then select Restore Purchases. This should send all movies in your library to your Sky Q box.

Hi @TH1525   I don't know if it is still true, but it used to be that you could only watch it on the type of device you ordered it from. Ignoring that, have you looked in your "Purchased" library?

Thanks both. Its showing in my library on my sky store app, but not on my TV library. Can't I view it on up to 4 devices? There doesn't seem to be a way to download it or play it on the TV. Its all sky for goodness sake!!!

So ive tried everything and it seems because I selected it through the email on my phone there is no way to view it or send it to my sky q box. Thanks sky, for nothing!
