Moved and sky came out last Wednesday and still no internet or sky q

Nothing put dish up and said internet be in by 5 

I had to try do it myself because I didn't have internet so weren't worth setting up and still no tv not happy not having tv over the Christmas

You had to do what yourself?

 

They should have got the dish / sky box signal working before they left.

 

Sometimes the broadband is not possible for them to completely finish if it's not provisioned at the exchange yet.

Trying to

put all the sky boxes and router and q boxes together myself but couldn't get it working and can't get anyone on phone
