No internet connection to sky

There is no internet connection to my sky box

@Laura289  Which Sky box do you have?  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have tried that and it still doesn't work, will connect for a couple of seconds and then looses signal again.  Can't watch any apps or download anything from catch up

You have posted in the Sky Plus forum, it sounds like you don't have Sky Plus if you are running apps on your box. which system do you have, so I can move this thread if need be?
