I have Sky Q. Like a lot of people last night it crashed but have now got live TV only. However, the error message said 'no hard drive' and provided a QR code for instructions to fix it. I don't know if I'm being completely thick but during the reset process you need to input '0.0.1' using the remote, but where on the remote is the dot? I just can't find it!

Hi there. There is no dot on the remote control. You just press 0 0 1 on the remote and then the select button.
