No access to Paramount+, Discovery+ and Lionsgate on new Q box

I am an existing Sky customer and upgraded to Sky Q yesterday, now I can't access Paramount+, Discovery+ or Lionsgate, all of which are included in our package and we could access on our old setup. I keep getting the message 'something went wrong, we're working on this, please try again later.' What do I need to do to access them?

Which Sky system did you have prior to upgrading?

We had Sky+ HD (the old Sky box) with Sky variety, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, Sky Go and multiscreen. The package included Paramount+, Discovery+ and Liongate. The only thing we've dropped in the Q box package is the multiscreen.

Are you sure it was Sky+HD? Apps aren't available on that platform, Sky+HD customers can access a selection of Paramount+ content in the catch-up section, but there's no Discovery+, and Lionsgate+ isn't included in any Sky package (there's a 3 month free trial available at the moment, but that's all).

As stated by @xenon81 Sky+HD boxes don't have Apps like Discovery+ and Lionsgate (I have Sky+HD myself)

Thank you all for the advice. Apparently I was given duff info by my husband, you're right, we didn't have discovery+ or lion gate on our previous package but did have paramount. It's all a bit clearer now
