No access to HD or Multiscreen

I upgraded my package 24 hours ago to include HD and Multiscreen and it's still not activated?

@EF3 have you tried a re-boot of your Q box can you also confirm how you know multiscreen has not been activated how have you tested multiscreen as i am guessing if you have just asked to activate multiscreen you will not have a mini box to test it on yet ?
