Has anyone had the same problem? I re-signed with Sky in May this year and ever since day1 I have not been able to access discovery plus. Despite telephone call after telephone call I have had no joy with Sky rectifying the problem. I sent a complaint 2 weeks ago, still no response, I even telephoned Discovery+ and they were unable to help. So 6 months into my contract and I still have no Discovery+. I don't expect a response to my complaint any more than the promised return telephone called to advise me of a solution. My question is,what can I do? I don't hold out any hope with Sky...........

I have, been through it several times with Sky advisors and also Discovery+, I still can't access.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved, have tried everything known to man with Sky and Discovery, but nothing works. Looks like they are offering it but can't always provide it?

Hi, I have been through every possible solution known to man with Sky and Discovery, Sky on X, Sky Technical Team and no one can solve it. I have been told Sky have a problem with Discovery and they are working on it. This has been since last May 2024. Unfortunately I cannot pick up a bubble talk as i am not always on my email. There are many things I would like to watch on Discovery+ but am unable to, is it not possible for Sky to organise independent access to Discovery+ for me? I would really appreciate it if you have a solution. Many thanks.

Hi Tom, I was advised to speak with disc+ direct and ask them to delete my account. They have advised me to re contact you and ask to upgrade me to premium as I won't be able to access it with a standard description which I currently have. I have the whole chat with them advising me to do this which I can send you if you would like. Can someone get back to me please regarding this

I have asked this question before on discussions which is;
I have not been able to access Discovery+ since last May. I have been advised by Sky to do the following:
I was advised to speak with disc+ direct and ask them to delete my account. They have advised me to re contact you and ask to upgrade me to premium as I won't be able to access it with a standard subscription which I currently have. I have the whole chat with them advising me to do this which I can send you if you would like. Can someone get back to me please regarding this from Sky as I still can't access Disc+ and they seem loathe to delete my account as they say it won't work, i need to be upgraded.
This is getting stupid now - can someone help?

Thank you, yes, i did engage in the chat, they advised me to contact Disc+ which i did and i have now posted my reply as the latest one, should a sky employee get back to me now ?
