No Tv but I have the TV guide.

Help. I have WiFi, the box light is Green and I have the tv guide up. When I click on a programme no programme appears and I just have a black screen. What can I do?

@Bv2  Sky Q where you have posted does not rely on Broadband for Live TV as that is delivered via your satellite dish.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
