No TV

I've had no TV last night and I've woken up this to no TV again...no satellite signal is being received

Hi @Mossy1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

If your Sky Q box is switching itself to standby, it's taking a while to switch on, or you’re having connectivity problems with your Sky Q Mini box before 5:45am, it may be because your Sky Q box standby mode is set to either Eco or Active. Change your setting from Eco to Active or None?
