The TNT Sports channels stopped working a week ago and are still not working. The error message " This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal " shows. BT say there are no problems their end. Please help

Thanks, I tried the link but because (I assume) all my other channels are working it just says all looks good. i couldnt see a way of booking an engineer. I missed all the MotoGP coverage last weekend and dont want the same next weekend when its not available as a back up on free to view channels.

Given the current lead times it would be unlikely to be fixed by this weekend. (You may wish to consider a local service for a quicker response but you would have to pay)

Is there anyway of booking an engineer? I tried ringing but they just texted a message with a link to this discussion (which as you can probably tell I am new to) 😆
