No Sky box received
I have an engineer booked for 17th Nov
i have not received the Sky Q box as promised? Do you have the correct address ?

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
I've moved your post from the Sky+ board. The engineer brings the Sky Q box and any extra mini boxes you've ordered on the installation date.

@MagsD1 is this a new install ?
if so then the engineer will bring any boxes with them
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
