No Sky TV

I have upgraded my sky package to the latest sky hub and optic cable

I am getting Internet connection but no Sky TV

I cannot find sky TV anywhere on my TV. I have looked everywhere, every app and every nook and cranny

Hi @Mraitch 

Exactly what Sky package are you referring to, and where does the optic cable come into it?

Sky Q TV does not use your internet for satellite TV.

Sky Q connects to your TV using a HDMI lead, you need to set your TV to the connected HDMI input.
