No Sattelite signal - No resolution option
Hi,, I have had no satellite signal for over a week. Tried the troubleshooting and it does not make a difference. Talked to the building people and they have had no other complaints of this nature about not getting sky TV.
I then try and call to book and engineer to come and have a look at this but cannot seem to navigate this through the phone as it reverts back to the website for the troubleshooting whih i have already done.
So i am sitting here with no sattelite signal and it appears no resolution option.
Please advise ?

If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise directly with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

@zappa611 just a thought if you are on a communual dish try the following
press the home button then scroll down to settings and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
under setup if the LNB type is showing as wideband you need to scroll across and change it to SCR then come out of the menu
finally you need to reboot your box
