No Satellite Signal

I did all the precautionary steps before calling Sky they did the resetting  but still nothing!! Now ive been told that the wait for an engineer is three weeks so annoying im this close to closing my account

Sky engineer numbers are dwindling after media reports of job cuts. Trying to book one when quite a few of them will be taking summer holidays won't have helped unfortunately. 

edit- if you cancel (and if Sky allow you to) you will have a 31 day notice period during which the engineer will have been.
