I did all the precautionary steps before calling Sky they did the resetting but still nothing!! Now ive been told that the wait for an engineer is three weeks so annoying im this close to closing my account

edit- if you cancel (and if Sky allow you to) you will have a 31 day notice period during which the engineer will have been.
