No Sat Signal or Access to Hard Drive after power cuts

After power cuts

no Satellite Signal on Second Box

No access to Hard Drive/Recordings on both boxes

 

broadband connections all OK

sky Main box and Mini box connections ok

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Classic symptoms of a failed hard disk.  Follow Sky's help on hard drives but will likely need a box replacement.  Remember to remove your viewing card for a swap.
