No Q recordings

I can watch TV but no longer access recordings. I only get "please wait" and the spinning circle. Can a Sky expert help?

Thanks, good question! Error message: "This service is not available because of a problem with your hard disk drive."

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
