No Internet connection

I have reset the box, turned if off at the wall, gone to settings and checked network connection and reset it, put in password and Sky cannot find it. It's been fine but this had now been 48hours. Broadband isn't with Sky and is working fine on all other devices.

Please help, cant access Netflix, HBO etc
