No Internet connection

Everytime I turn on my sky box we have to unplu the aerial ti make it work, it says "no Internet connection", any ideas why ut now does this constantly? Thanks

What do you mean by 'aerial'?

This is not helping the sky box is on standby can't turn it on I've done all the usual checks just says no signal Internet is on and working

@Lesleyann3  No signal or No Satellite Signal?   Also Sky Q does not rely on broadband for Live TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
