No HD Channels

My Box is showing all my channels in SD, even though I have SD. They were working till recently, Im not sure when they stopped. I have turned it off and on again, changed HDMI ports on the tv,  and all that. 

 

The Bot message wants to send an engineer out?  Surely its just some setting on the account.

Don't understand your question, you have SD & can receive SD, what's the problem? Assuming you meant you have HD, have you tried a restart of your Sky Q box by turning it off at the wall?

I am just another Sky customer!

sorry I have HD, and it used to work, but now is just SD on all the channels

I think sometimes there can be a glitch in the system which displays the order of channels - can you try looking further down the programme list (800s) for the HD versions & if you try to watch can you do so or are you prompted to upgrade ?
