No Catch up or Recordings
I can't access any recordings or catch up services? Recordings won't load

Then you'll need to contact Sky to investigate - the box may need replacing.
Possibly a hard disk issue:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages
Recordings may well be lost.
