No Apps showing on SkyQ Box

I've just set up a replacement SkyQ Ultra HD box as per the on screen instructions. Everything is working fine except there are no apps showing on the App screen other than Sky

can anyone tell me how to get the apps back please?

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

edit - note the step included to refresh the apps may take a while before the apps get refreshed
