Have set up my new Skyq box but no apps are showing on the app screen

I have set up a replacement SkyQ box as per the on screen instructions and everything is working except that there are no apps showing on the app screen

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date :

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

edit - note the step included to refresh the apps may take a while before the apps get refreshed
