Hi, where exactly is this in Samsung TV settings? Just to confirm, you have Disney+ in 4K Ultra HD from Sky Q app?

You'll have to hunt for it but it's something like "UHD HDMI colour" and you do it per-port.

Re: No 4k on Disney+ app

If someone could direct me to exact settings I need to change on Samsung TV and then SkyQ box that would be great. Can't seem to find anything.

Just to confirm I get 4K UHD on all apps on SkyQ box (Netflix, Amazon Prime) but not Disney+. I do however get 4K UHD on Disney+ via Samsung own app.

Would just like all 4K UHD apps available via SkyQ box. Thanks

(Removed)

Press Home Button on Samsung Smart Control → Settings → Picture → Expert Settings → HDMI UHD Color → Select the HDMI port → On → Yes

Not surprised they can't find it.

@61glenshee once you've done that you have to set the output picture resolution on the Q to 2160p / 10bit colour.

that is easy to find in the Q settings.

Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version

If it is 32Cxxx then you have an older 1TB non-UHD Box
If it is 32B0xxx then you have a (V1) UHD but non HDR 2TB Box
If it is 32B1xxx then you have a (V2) UHD HDR 2TB Box (which has a separate Power supply)
If it is 32B2xxx then you have a (V3) UHD HDR 1TB or 2TB Box

@61glenshee yes you need it set to 2160 10 bit but the box also has to be HDR capable hence why I asked which Q main box you have
