Good Morning Everyone
We are hoping someone can please help us as we seem to be out of help options.
Every second night In the early hours of the morning (around 2/3am, my wife hears it at this hour) our Sky Q fan kicks loudly and continues to until I get up in the morning and unplug it which mean having to reset it every other morning.
Whilst the fans are going the Q on the box is blue.
In the morning when I go to watch tv before work I have a blue screen, the one which says "when the screen goes blank press the home button" and this disconnects the mini boxes too.
We have had 4 new boxes and a technician visit but it's still happening. We have tried moving the box but every other night without fail the loud fans kick in
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it as this has been going on for 8-9 months now and lost for what to do next.
thank you in advance

Hi Daniel
Thank you for responding.
I just checked all the boxes
Sky Q - None
Mini box 1 - Active
Mini box 2 - Eco (was meant to be none so just changed it to none)
all boxes are turned off when we go to bed, not sure if that's important information.

I'm having the same issue. 3rd replacement box arrived yesterday in as many weeks. No issues for years and then as soon as I moved broadband supplier away from sky this started.
