Nexflix

I lost my sky service due to financial difficulties. I've now payed my bill and downgraded my sky package as we don't watch half of the stuff. We've kept Netflix on the package but Netflix are asking for payment before I can have any services. Help please

Netflix billed through Sky isn't available on Sky Television Essentials or Sky Signature.
