is there a phone number to book an engineer

I'm trying to arrange for an engineer to call to fix WiFi connectivity problem. How do I do this? I think I need an ethernet cable running from my router to my Sky Q box, but am not capable of doing this myself, as the distance between the two is quite long and involves walls and corridors.

I don't believe Sky will supply/run Ethernet cables.  They may provide a booster for wireless connectivity.

You need to call them on the standard support number.
