Nexflix trouble

My friend babysat my children at my house and logged in to her nexflix account, this was the first account logged in to my sky q box when it was new and we haven't been able to sign out through sky q since, there is now a show we want to watch on Netflix and we can't access the nexflix that we have free with sky.

 

Please Help

Unfortunately this probably means that your friend's Netflix account has been linked to your SKY account.  

 

I think in the the first instance you (and/or your friend) will need to contact Netflix - See this link - Select Help uising an app & then Netflix & then Activating & using Netflix

I suspect when you contact them you may need to be with your friend so they can confirm any details for the account that was linked.

This is worth a try, open a browser page on your phone/tablet and go to:

 

https://www.netflix.com/ManageDevices

 

If you sign out of all, this may kill the current session on your Q box BUT as has been mentioned, this initial login to the Q box may have made it the linked account.
