Just got basic sky no broadband how do I go about getting other packages that include Netflix, Hbo etc do not want to go Sky glass

Normally when you have a SKY Q, and connected to the Internet, you can just go on a Channel you want to watch.. and Press the Red Button.

Or go to My SKY and the Sky Shop.

When you, like you said, have no broadband connected there is a Phone number shown on Screen, on some Channels its a 0800 number.

For Example on SKY Atlantic

I'm afraid you won't be able to use Netflix and HBO Max without any broadband. Streaming apps use that, not the satellite signal.

HE could use it on any Device he wants to.. like i do it. ^^ but to Activate a Service you need your Sky connected to the Internet, or go the longer way with the my Sky App on your Phone. 

But firs he has to Upgrade his Subscription.

If you have Sky Q with Signature then you need to add Ultimate TV to your package. This will then include Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max which you will need a broadband connection (or mobile hotspot connected to your Q box) to activate.
