New viewing card won't activate.

I recieved a new viewing card and have followed the instructions 

 

"home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup

 

I waited 4 hours and nothing, all I can get is freeview. I've tried restarting both the box and the router numerous times. When I go to viewing card setup there is a message in the top left that says "viewing cars not activated"

 

Anyone have any ideas?

@jnjames it does sound like you will need to contact Sky
