This update is not working any longer. I have to still press it twice to switch off the system and then the TV
I reckon it uses HDMI-CEC to do this. Is it turned on, on the TV and Sky box?

It worked last week and I haven't changed anything. It must be to do with the Sky Q

Still works for me there are several factors that can disable this feature both on the SkyQ/mini and the TV a faulty HDMI lead/socket could also cause it to fail.

It worked fine again now. Very odd

Unless I missed it in the previous update the 'Recoding's' menu now has an 'Adult' option so you can record adult channels. Your security code is needed to access it.

This has always been available.
First you need you switch off Hide Adult content in the parental settings.
Adult then appears in the Recording menu.
Not sure but I think the default setting is On in Parental and so you never see it in recordings unless you change the default.
Edit
The On/Off setting in parental also hides Adult content in the TV Guide
