No @Taff123 Sky will have expected you to have kept the original card. Are Sky delivering the box for self installation tomorrow or is an engineer coming?

Hi @Taff123 Unfortunately Sky assumes that you kept your Viewing Card. I would give them a call to check that they have sent you one or order one if not. This is a common senario on here.
Okay, if you don't want to call we can arrange some help on here from the Messaging Team re a new card. Let us know if you want to do that.
