Maybe silly question yet if I were to get a new sky q box sent out, do I just plug it in with cables etc and insert viewing card and good to go ?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

And pair the remote

and make sure it hasn't got the wrong type of power supply. There are two.

and if this is coming off ebay, forget it.
