New sky q box

we've just received a new sky q box. Set it up, checked post code is correct but still getting news from London. How we change it?

When you said "still getting news from London "

in your original post @Geordiesteve 

was this happening in your original box?

If so exactly what area are you in and what news are you receiving?

We're in newcastle and had regional news from there before box was changed. Now it's London?

Hi @Geordiesteve 


Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback

No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.

Thanks for advice. I've tried it twice and still on London?

Maybe a phone call tomorrow will sort it.
