New sky dish

Hi Sky, I need to replace my sky dish as it is stating to fall down, as it has been up since I started my Sky subscription many years ago.

my question is do you replace them, I am a VIP customer.

my name is John Bougourd and live in Guernsey in the Channel island.

If you do this, is it possible that a new one could be put up as soon as possible.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

Regarding your issue; technically the Satellite dish is your responsibility after 12 months following Sky installation.

 

You can only contact Sky to see if they will replace your dish.  They may charge in the region of £65 to do this
