New sky box

 

I have upgraded to UHD. DPD have sent a new box but would not leave it with me because my old box was not ready to go.

I phoned SKY this morning was talking for an hour, the computer system does not allow it to be re delivered?  They told me to phone DPD they said the Sky box was being sent back to Sky there computer system did not allow them to re deliver it either without SKY asking.

@Robnorwich I think you may well have to wait until the box has been returned to Sky then ask them to send it out again to you and this time have the old box ready to beswapped over remembering to remove the viewing card
