Please elaborate. How is it not working? Why did you need a new Sky Q box and remote?

The remote isn't getting a signal to the box and when I'm following the instructions to set up I can't

So you're having trouble pairing the remote? If so see this link

You still haven't said why it was necessary for Sky to send you a replacement box.
