New series issues again

New series option

My new series option isn't working properly normally its full but only have 3 thing on it anyone know how to fix it .

Yes. The available programmes in the new series section has dwindled in the last few days and I think there were only four in there yesterday.

Mines completely blank now and saying its learning what I watch! Strange after 8 years though it might know by now!

All, this has happened previously (a couple of years ago). I've made Sky aware in a closed forum. Mine is empty this morning too.

New Series Section

Good afternoon. My Sky Q box new series option slowly depleted over the last few days until today when there is only a message stating something about, " finding out what you like to watch. "

I have seen similar posts from when this happened in March 2023. Is there a solution?
