Hi we had the engineer out today to solve our WiFi problem which hopefully is sorted, he mentioned we should get a up to date sky remote as we have the older one with the swirly bit in the middle, the engineer said if we contact you, you will send a new one out. Thanks in advance David

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

We're just fellow customers here so you'll need to call Sky - either 150 from a Sky phone line/mobile or click on the contact us link at the end of the page.
