New remote sky q

I need a new remote control as mine is not working correctly as several buttons are not working , it's for my sky q box 

It all works fine on an older remote we have but that in itself is no good as the back is missing and batteries fall out

Hi @philliphuck   If you work your way through this Sky Q remotes you should land on a request form for a free replacement. Of course, major retailers and Amazon would be quicker, but you would have to pay.
