I have tried to call about this several times, but have been on hold too long to get the message through.

New packaging required
Hi,
I have tried to call about this several times, but have been on hold too long to get the message through.
I have also followed the link as suggested for labels, but it does not work.
The packaging was delivered and left outside my house in the rain & was destroyed.
I have returned the router and mini box, but I need another label and packaging for the main Sky Q Box.
Please forward & acknowledge this email.

You aren't emailing Sky here. In fact you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
If the link doesn't work after clearing your cache etc you'll need to persevere on the phone.
