New minibox Q to be returned not required

I was upgraded yesterday to skyQ large sky box.The engineer said I have minis box to fit in another room.I told him that was cancelled from customers sevices.He told me to send it back.What is the address to send it back too.

I personally would contact Sky first and ensure you are not being charged for Multiscreen or it was part of a free upgrade.

You need to contact Sky. They can confirm that the mini box was correctly cancelled, your Multiscreen subscription was cancelled if no longer required and they should then send out return packaging.

You can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

as the others have intimated, it is best not to just send the mini box back, as there is a risk that it is not then properly registed, so do check that multiscreen has either not been added or has been cancelled & double check that they are expecting the return before sending.

 

In any case, as mentioned do get & keep the proof of posting (almost indefinitely) as we often see  the system not properly registering the returns and customs being charged non-retrun fees.
