New home, registered wrong Netflix account to new sky package and Netflix/sky can’t remove.
Hi,
First time posting, hopefully in the right place! Asking on behalf of son who has just moved out and got his own sky/Netflix package (think it's the £15 a month deal) unfortunately after the sky was up and running he then logged into my Netflix account and now my Netflix is linked to his sky. Sky say they can't help as Netflix has to remove it, Netflix say they need a code number from sky to do this. Sky say there's no such thing as a code, Netflix then answered with yes there is but we don't know what or where it would be or how to direct sky to find it.
So sons been paying for a few months now, unable to watch at all as even my Netflix doesn't work in his new home let alone the one he's paying for.
No idea what to do next , he's been ringing regularly and neither will help, sky even said if he cancels (Netflix) and then buys again they will still register it to my account as it currently still is. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do next with this or how to get more help from sky/Netflix as they are constantly sending us to each other. Many thanks in advance if anyone can help 😊

Assuming you still want netflix, get him to log out of the netflix app on his sky box, you just use it and reimburse him.
He logs in with a new netflix account paid directly to netflix.
