New connectors needed

Hi all. Both the connectors are damaged on the back of my sky a box and would to replace them as they are loose and keep falling out resulting in me not being to view all the channels.
Any advice on which ones to buy

Many retailers sell them, e.g. Amazon.

Search 'F-connectors'.

You've already posted the same question in the account part of the forum...

My response posted here:

"You mean the connectors on the box or the ones you plug in?

(They are called F-connectors)"

Hi @Scoobylou   Simply search Amazon for Sky Q Cable Connectors for the correct size (I wasn't aware that they came in different sizes).

F-plugs only come in one size.

and you need to fit them carefully, the central core of the cable has to be aligned properly so that it goes cleanly into the socket and you have to make sure there's no shorting with the outer braid. Plenty of youtube vids.

Strictly speaking that's only true of the screw terminal itself: there are different diameters of barrel available on the cable side (most prominently for either WF65/RG6 or the thicker WF100 cabling)

Generally either can be encouraged  to fit ; )

Oops, didn't know that. Apologies for the misinformation

Do Sky normally fit the narrower stuff?
