New Vodafone Fibre Broadband causing black screen on Sqy Q Mini Boxes

Hi All
We have just swapped from Sky Internet to Virgin Fibre.
Configured the Sky Q Box and Sky Q Mini Boxes. (3 of)
The main Sky Q box works exactly as normal.
The Mini Sky Q Boxes - the menus come up, I can see all my recordings but we get  a black scvreen.
If I go to play a recording, the recording is flashing like its going to quick.
Spoke to Sky who have no clue and suggested sending an engineer in two weeks.
I haver carried out all software updates.

It was working fine yesterday on Sky Broadband so it feels like a setting of some sort in the Mini Boxes to enable them to be compatiable with Virgin Fast Fibre Broadband.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks
