New Sky Q mini box

I had a new sky mini box installed by a sky engineer but now cant access Paramount and a load of channels including channel 5.  I have downloaded the new software update and downloaded the apps, but when clicking on paramount+ it just sits on the blue screen and the other channels state no signal, yet 60% of the other channels work?

First check that All Q boxes are on the same Software

Thank you.  After a couple of tries it's worked!  Although I still can't get certain channels saying no signal.  Yet that is fine. 🤷🏼‍♀️
