New Sky Q box no apps, help request ASAP

Hello

Got the Sky Q box yesterday plus superfast internet

 

Everything appears to be working on the Sky Q box but no apps other than 2 Peacock

 

I've rang Sky technical and the software was updated from the first lot to Q220 or something like that. I did this with the help of Sky staff last night about 20-00hrs.

 

This morning no new apps, all missing other than Peacock

 

I unpluge the router, did not do the trick. I unplugged the Sky Q box, did not do the trick

 

I went on the web and refreshed the apps but initially typed into the remote 0-0-1 then SELECT - this was over 45 mins ago. No success

Resolved.

I rang Sky again and it was something they needed to action again from their end, Got all the apps now.
