Insert Viewer Card Error Message
Sky Q box not working this morning. It says I need to insert the viewing card. This is already in, I have tried unplugging the box and plugging back in, taking the card out and putting back in. Also into settings and set up viewing card. None of these have worked. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

@Mikeb881 when you took the card out and put it back in did you give the chip on the card a wipe with a soft dry lint free cloth if not could try that
