Ive just had my sky q 1 TB box replaced with a new one. It seems to be chugging away and makes a noise - is this normal?

What sort of noise?

There's a fan or a hard disk that make noise but should not be too loud.

The fan is a 'whooshing' sound or the hd a 'whirring' or 'tinkling' noise.
