New box included HDMI cable with USB at TV end. My TV does not have a USB port. The old HDMI had pink plugs at both ends. I have used it but there is no link. What next?

Hi @MIKE19431 As Sky Q boxes do not come with any USB leads, could you upload an image of this stray lead. Note, the colour of the HDMI plugs is meaningless.
