Freeze picture

I'm having issues with picture freeing. I turn off then back on.  All is good. Few hrs later same thing. Checked software applied update. Next morning same thing. Anyone else?

@Garyalunb  This sounds like a Sky Stream issue, do you have Sky Stream?
